Chocolate brownie recipe


145g Melted butter

80g Sugar

120g Plain Flour

60g Cocoa powder

3 Eggs (lightly beaten)

(1) Whisk together eggs and sugar until fully incorporated

(2) Add melted butter and mix together until fully incorporated

(3) Sieve together flour and cocoa powder

(4) Fold flour / cocoa powder into egg mixture until fully incorporated

(5) Place into a lined cake tin

(6) Bake in a pre heated oven at 160oC and bake for 30 mins

(7) Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature

(8) Reheat and serve with vanilla ice cream.
