Halloween cupcakes recipe!

Makes approximately 12 cupcakes.
Cupcake
120g Flour
120g Sugar
4 Eggs
(1) In the kitchen aid whisk together eggs and sugar to form a thick sabayon (Thick pale and creamy)
(2) Slowly fold in flour until fully incorporated
(3) Bake at 180oC for approximately 6 – 8 minutes
(4) Allow to cool
Butter icing
Unsalted butter, softened                150 g
Icing sugar, sifted                              300 g
Vanilla extract                                         5 g
Orange food dye
(1) Beat together butter and icing sugar until soft and creamy
(2) Add vanilla extract and incorporate evenly
(3) Add food dye, a few drops at a time until colored as desired
(4) Place ontop of cupcakes and smooth with a hot knife, pipe chocolate ontop to draw scary Halloween faces
